Buyer beware of Saber Cycles, this outfit will rip you off! I made purchase through their web site and they charged my credit card not once but three times. Then was very overly rude, when I sent email asking for the additional charges to be reversed. They still refuse to reverse the additional charges. Here's a quote from their last email to me, "We would appreciate your not badgering us any further on the issue." Great customer support! ! ! I'm out $155.00 chalk it up to a learning expirence, I purchased the gaskets from the local dealer and was treated with the up most respect and super customer service, the shop manager even gave us a few pointers. Also, we got the valve seals and head gaskets for $30.00 less than the order from Saber Cycle. . . They have lost a customer. Next time I'm through their area I'll make sure to stop by and give this outfit a peice of my mind.
Dunlop Tires - Never got a response from Dunlop, I've ran Dunlop tires for years but since no one at Dunlop can take 5 minutes to answer an email, I'll not buy another tire from them. I emailed Bridgestone and Metzler and they both turned us down but they did answer.
Fire Fox Technologies - Never took the time to answer our emails.
Progressive Shocks - Finally, after FIFTEEN days and three emails I got an answer from someone at Progressive. Seems they only sponsor new and shiney bikes and have no use for old bikes. I'd bet money they sure would sell a set of $350.00 shocks for an old bike!
Air Rider Refused our request for sponsorship to bad for them. Since we can't get any of their products to review and test, we can't recommend any of their products. This is a real bummer for us, since some of the Air Ride Eletronics look promising for the Goldwing Consumer. . .
